Lately I’ve had a hell of a lot of momentum.

You can call momentum “big-mo” if you want.

I’ve done 13 workouts in 13 days.

Tomorrow I will break a personal record when I go to the gym for the 14th time in 14 days!

That’s big time momentum!

And that momentum will bleed out into other areas of my life.

The more you invest in yourself, the more motivated you become to make further investments into yourself.

And I’ve been making the biggest and best investment possible by investing in my fitness.

I feel lighter,

I feel stronger,

I have more energy,

And damnit I don’t feel like stopping.

I feel like a CHAMPION!

Soon enough I will become a champion because I’ve created some serious momentum in the last 2 weeks.

Now 2 weeks doesn’t sound like much, but it’s huge because those 2 weeks will soon become 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks will soon become 8, and then 16, and 6 months, then a YEAR!

5 years later I will be a champion at my craft, maybe 10 Years, but I know I will be acing life within 1-5 years.

For now I’m only getting started!

If 2 weeks of momentum feels good, I can’t wait to see where I’m at in another 2 weeks, 2 months, and 2 years!

It’s a long way to the top and I plan on making that climb to the top, the alternative option is the highway to hell!

So it’s either you climb the stairway to heaven, or you lose momentum and you’re back on the highway to hell.

In my time as a hockey player I know that once you get a goal, it’s a lot easier to score the next one, and the next one, and so on.

That’s all because of momentum!

It takes between 2 weeks to a month before you feel like you have momentum, but once your off and running there is nothing that can stop you; except for,

An object in motion will remain in motion, while an object in rest will stay at rest.

Until next time,

The Man,

Angus Baynham-McColl
