The Power of Right Fucking Now

I haven’t written a blog post on Win and Grin in over 5 months, and I realized something today. I don’t have to be fucking perfect to write a good blog, hell – I just have to get fucking started. I will help at least one single person with their personal development if I can write a good article right now. I can write fast, and I can say a lot when I have something to say. I’m at the point where I don’t even care if my work is any good, I just want to get started right fucking now because I know that I can get fucking better the next time as I go on with this blog.

I don’t even care to edit my work that much, I know other bloggers like Victor Pride do a lot of editing, but my philosophy towards blogging is going to be productivity based. I want to be the blogger that always has something to say, and like Tony Robins always talks about; when you turn “shoulds into musts” the magic happens.

What if I gave myself a must to have 100 posts done in the next 30 days?

What if I became that obsessed?

I know I have what it takes to be a fucking good writer, and I know that even average Angus is actually very good…in fact, average Angus is better than 9/10 writers out there. My thought process is that even if Angus is average today, some of his posts will be fucking gold anyway.

It’s belief that gets the job started, and persistence that gets the job finished. Belief DRIVES everything. When you have belief, you will work like a fucking horse and get the job done, you will do whatever it takes.

If you or anyone wants to be great in business, the main thing you must do is ALWAYS GET STARTED. In fact, you are ALWAYS getting started. And the only time you can start is RIGHT FUCKING NOW.

If you have an idea ask yourself, can I get started on it right now?

If the answer is yes, start.

Otherwise, write it down and save it for later.

There is no sense thinking about anything except what you can work on right now.

I myself know that my blog is the best thing I can work on at this point. The gym is closed so I’ll save that idea for the morning.

I have no products to sell, so I’ll save that idea for when it’s time to start making products. Then when I have products, I’ll give them away before selling them, Victor Pride always talks about one secret in his work, and it’s one I have to agree with.

ALWAYS MOVE FORWARD!

And I’ll add to that by saying that the best time to move forward is right now. If you aren’t moving forward with something, you are looking back. Like Eckhart Tolle has made millions of dollars writing about, stay in the present moment, and always be making the right decision in the present moment.

The blogger that focuses on creating great content will always have great readers, even if his website design is trash, and he has no SEO, doesn’t rank high in search engines yet – it doesn’t matter, keep plowing away at it, and you’ll get better as you go along.

You will get discovered eventually.

But focus on right now, because in the heat of every moment it’s easy to think that your future self will create your future.

That my friend is bullshit,

Only your present self can create the future. That future you dream about is actually another version of the present. It’s all the present moment. And each moment is a change into another moment.

Stop buying into the illusion of linear time; it’s not serving you at all.

What you did in the past was actually the perfect thing; it led you to where you are now which is the perfect location in time and space for you to get started on your journey right now.

Get working right now,

Angus Baynham-McColl
